- Disputes between collaborating researchers
- Quality, accuracy, or validity of research conducted through connections made on the platform
- Breach of collaboration agreements between users
- Academic misconduct, plagiarism, or intellectual property violations by users
Users are solely responsible for their own conduct and interactions on the platform.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unethical conduct.

We collect information you provide when creating and maintaining your researcher profile, including:

- Facilitate communication between researchers

Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users of our Author Network Platform may request refunds for paid services. Our goal is to maintain fairness, transparency, and trust while supporting authors in their professional growth.
The platform offers:
- A Free Plan (no cost)
- A Basic Plan (USD 5), which grants access to networking features
- Publishing Support Services, which are optional and charged separately
2. Refunds for Membership Plans
Free Plan
- The Free Plan is offered at no cost. Since no payment is collected, no refunds apply.
Basic Plan (USD 5)
- The Basic Plan fee is non‑refundable once payment is processed.
- This fee grants immediate access to networking features and platform tools; therefore, refunds cannot be issued based on usage, inactivity, or change of interest.
- Users may cancel their Basic Plan at any time, but cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refunds for Publishing Support Services
Publishing support services (e.g., editing, formatting, cover design, consultation, or other add‑on services) are billed separately from membership plans.
Refunds for these services follow the guidelines below:
3.1 Before Work Begins
- A full refund may be issued only if the service provider has not yet started working on the requested service.
3.2 After Work Has Begun
- Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
- Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, based on:
- The percentage of work completed
- The nature of the service
- Any documented service issues
3.3 Completed Services
- No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered.
4. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are strictly non‑refundable:
- Basic Plan membership fees
- Administrative or processing fees
- Services delivered in full
- Fees paid to third‑party vendors (if applicable)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible services:
- Submit a written request to our support team within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your name, account email, service purchased, and reason for the request.
- Refund decisions will be communicated within 5–10 business days.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
